I Seem To Live Under the Rumpus Room

The people upstairs have 2 kids and a big dog. I am cutting them some slack on the noise because they just moved in and I'm sure they are getting themselves settled.

However....

If this noise; thumping, whining, yelling and general hoopla; continues I will make no guarantees that complaints will not follow.

To be honest, as a person with two kids under 10, there is always going to be tons of banging, crying, and general hoopla. There is really nothing even perfect parents can do to stop it, and trying to stop it will only cause more of it. I would consider talking to the manager about one of you switching units if you need quiet.
