I remember seeing a 1-panel comic years ago in the NY Press, featuring Dennis the (formerly) Menace sitting under a tree calmly reading a book while Mr. Wilson remarks to his mother, "It's so boring around here ever since Dennis started on the Ritalin..."

Oh, I don't know. I think Kanga may have control issues, and sad to say, in this day and age someone would probably saddle Roo with a diagnosis of ADHD.
