There will be pointing fingers, looking for someone to sue. Sometimes bad shit happens and all we can do is comfort the survivors. Everyone wants to know how to stop this. I know one way, Stop giving them 24/7 coverage for 2 weeks straight and the otghers won't think this is such a great idea.
