Storm Watch 2011

Transformers have blown in Metuchen and All of New Brunswick seem to be dark (normally I can see the lights from my window but I don't see anything tonight). I'm wondering how long it will be until I loose power.
They are calling for serious flooding of the Raritan River. Even thought the river is walking distance from me, I am at the top of a hill that protects me from the river. I'm most concerned about the possibility of a tornado, which is rare in NJ but we get small ones every so often. If we something odd happens, I can run into my walk in closet and shut the door, that keeps me away from windows. I'm hoping that I wont have to, of course.
The rain sounds like a train sometimes, well I guess that's the wind, not the rain. Funny thing is that this isn't even the hurricane yet that's not due for another three hours or so. Yay.
Filled up my kitchen and bathroom sinks with water and the bathtub is still filling up. I've charged up my cell phone and both laptops as well as my extra cell phone battery.
Middlesex county roads are all closed unless you are are a critical need worker. You know there are some fools out there driving around anyway.
As soon as the bathtub is done, I'll probably go to bed and try to get some sleep.

ETA: Apparently, the plug thing doesn't work well on my bathtub. I hope the water stays on and my jane keeps working
