The TV show Intervention deals with people who are drug addicts* (or at least they sure make 'em seem that like they are). It is astounding what these addicts look like after being off of drugs for about 3 months. It is un-fucking-believable the toll drug addiction has on a person's exterior.

*I am drawing a distinction between using drugs and being an addict. When I use the term drugs, I am including alcohol and nicotine.
