The priority must of course be to help these people and to get the places cleaned up. But at the same time there seems to be such an obvious disconnect that my curiosity is kicked into overtime. It's such a mystery. To hoard and become overwhelmed by messes that develop in conjunction I can understand. But to actually see some reason not to dispose of human waste or favor an inferior method is mind boggling to me. *off to play on Google scholar*
