I'm hoping that one of you progammy types can point me in the right direction.

Is there a reference, either on-line or a hard copy, that will show me what I can do with visual basic withing MS Word and MS Powerpoint? I'm especially interested in creating a drop down menu that operates as a rollover

Unfortunately, my tools at work are limited, that's why I'm hoping I can do it in Word, I just don't know where to start. I'm not a programmer but a pretty proficient end user and know some HTML.

If you can help, Thanks!

Double check your local library.
The library near my office has books on how to so VB in M$Office.
Also, double check HELP for menu, command bar, etc... and if you have an IT group, see if any of them have Microsoft Office 2000 Visual Basic Programmer's Guide on their bookshelf - I found a copy in the trashone night and felt compelled to salvage it; not that I can program my way out of a wet paper sack...

If you can't find a book at a library or something, I'm pretty sure I have one that I salvaged from destruction some years ago. I'll see if I can dig it up.
